Description
· To be reported here are the expenses incurred in connection with changes done to the dwelling unit to prevent its normal deterioration or to keep the existing structure in good condition such as:
replacement of faucets, sinks and tiles
repair of clogged drainage
replacement of broken windows and floor tiles
repainting of house or wall papering
replacing damaged ceiling tiles, wall tiles, or wall paneling
repair of leaking roof
repair of fence
· Major repairs which refer to the alteration or additions to the house and other major renovations done in the housing unit such as collapsing walls, division of an existing room, etc. should be reported in Section I - Other Disbursements, item 7.
