Description
Individual Incentive systems – systems that reward individuals on the basis of individual output or performance such as bonuses,
piece-rate and commissions.
Group Incentive systems – systems that reward individuals on the basis of group output or performance such as
productivity/quality gain-sharing.
Profit-sharing plan – any plan by which employees receive a share of the profits of the establishment.
Merit pay or skill-based pay – a reward or honor given for superior qualities, great abilities or expertise that comes from training,
practice, etc.
Employee stock plans – include employee stock purchase plans, ownership plans or stock options transfer.
