Description
Text
Result of final visit - a visit may result in a completed interview of the household, a refusal, and others, depending on the availability and cooperation of the respondent.
The result of a visit may be any of the following:
1 - Completed interview. Enter this code when you have completed the household interview.
2 - Refusal. The sample household refused to be interviewed and cannot be convinced to set an appointment for an interview in the next days within the duration of the enumeration period.
3 - Temporarily away/not at home/on vacation. The sample household is either temporarily away, not at home or on vacation.
4 - Vacant. No present occupant in the sample housing unit.
5 - Housing unit demolished, destroyed by fire, typhoon, and the like. The housing unit where the sample household used to live is demolished, destroyed by fire/typhoon and no temporary shelter was constructed in the same area.
6 - Others, specify. There may be times that you cannot interview a household and the above categories do not describe the reason. Examples of cases that would fit in the “Other” category would be if the entire sample area is flooded and inaccessible or if the household is quarantined because of a disease. In this case, classify the reason under “Other”.
