Interviewer instructions
Encircle the code/s of croptype where the farmer harvested his/her palay. Three columns are allotted assuming that a farmer operates farms of more than one type of corn. This holds true up to Block C4 (Labor Inputs).
If a certain farmer operates farms of more than one (1) type of ecosystem, see to it that the information gathered are indicated under each appropriate column. Thus, it is advised to gather all the required information, from SUB-BLOCK C.1.3 up to Block C4 of the questionnaire for the first type of corn before proceeding to the next type of corn.
