Ever given birth - if the woman ever had given birth
Pregnancies to be included:
1. All of the respondent's natural births, even if the child no longer stays in the household and even if the child is no longer alive.
2. Births that survived only for a few minutes and showed signs of life by crying, breathing, or moving.
3. Pregnancies that resulted in nonlive birth.
