National Disability Prevalence Survey

The National Disability Prevalence Survey which is also called the Model Functioning Survey (NDPS/MFS) is implemented by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH) and the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), and with technical assistance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). NDPS/MFS is a general population survey that allows for a direct comparison of the needs and barriers faced by groups with differing levels of disability, including people without disability/disabilities.

The Producer Price Survey (PPS) covers manufacturing establishments with average total employment of 20 and over. The following items of data are gathered from the respondent establishment: Name of product(s), Brand Name, Product Specification, Unit of Measure, Producer price(s) of selected products.

Quarterly Aquaculture Survey

The Quarterly Aquaculture Survey (QAqS) is a quarterly survey that generates aquaculture production and area estimates. It asks for the actual level of production, area harvested and price for each species during the reference quarter of the current and previous year from the sample operators in the top producing municipalities. Fisheries outputs form part of the estimation for the performance of agriculture and eventually, of the National Accounts for the generation GVA, GNP and GDP.

Quarterly Commercial Fisheries Survey

The Quarterly Commercial Fisheries Survey is a survey on volume and price of fish unloaded at sample commercial fish landing centers by fishing boats with gross tonnage of more than three (3) tons.

Quarterly Inland Fisheries Survey

Inland municipal fisheries include the catching of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and all other aquatic animals and plants in inland waters like lakes, rivers, dams, marshes, swamps, irrigation canals, creeks, etc. using simple gears and fishing boats some of which are non-motorized with a capacity of three (3) gross tons or less, or fishing not requiring the use of fishing boats.

Quarterly Municipal Fisheries Survey

The Quarterly Municipal Fisheries Survey (Traditional Landing Centers) is a survey on volume and price of fish unloaded at sample municipal fish landing centers by fishing boats with gross tonnage of three (3) tons and less.

Quarterly Survey of Philippine Business and Industry

The Quarterly Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (QSPBI) is a nationwide quarterly survey which aims to provide quarterly data on employment, compensation and revenue/sales for each of the identified leading (key) industry groups (3-digit PSIC code) and selected groups of industries (2/4/5-digit PSIC code) of the amended 1994 Philippine Standard Industrial Classification (PSIC).

Retail Price Survey (RPS) aims to conduct price survey of retail prices at various frequencies at pre-determined major trading centers throughout the country.

Survey of Food Demand on Agricultural Commodities

The general objective of the survey is to generate data on per capita consumption of rice, corn, and other agricultural food commodities. Specifically, the survey aims to determine: the present average per capita consumption of rice, corn, and other basic agricultural food items; the emerging consumption patterns of Filipino households; the substitution of rice with other food commodities; and the quantity of rice and corn leftovers, wastage, and consumed by animals/pets.

Survey of Tourism Establishments in the Philippines

Contains the final results of the economy-wide survey on major tourism industries namely Accommodation, Food and Beverage Service Activities, Transport Operators Tour and Travel Agencies, Health and Wellness and Other Tourism Activities. Statistics on the number of establishments, employment, revenue, revenue generated from tourists, available facilities, available services, occupancy rate, seating capacity, number of clients, number of tour guides, transport facility, expansion and renovation plans of establishments within the next five years of operations are presented.

Survey on Children

The Survey on Children (SOC) is the third survey conducted since 1995 on a nationwide scale with the main objective of collecting comprehensive information on the working children.

Survey on Information and Communication Technology

Presents the final results of the survey covering the 18 sectors of the economy. It includes statistics on the number of establishments, employment, and proportion of establishments with computer, computer networks and e-commerce transactions presented at the national and regional levels for establishments in the Information Economy (IE) or core ICT industries. It also contains statistics for establishments under the non-core ICT industries and those engaged in Business Process Management (BPM) activities presented at the national level by industry sub-class.

Survey on Overseas Filipinos (SOF) is designed to gather national estimates on the number of overseas workers, their socio economic characteristics and other information pertaining to the overseas workers who worked or have worked abroad for the specified reference period.

Updating of the List of Establishments

The Updating of the List of Establishments aims to provide the following: 1. reliable statistical frame for establishment censuses and surveys; 2. information on characteristics of establishments which are bases for sampling and coverage decisions; 3. guide to government planners in the geographical allocation of resources based on the number of establishments in an area; 4. register of establishments that contains reliable baseline information for policy and program formulation and monitoring of trade and industry development; 5. information on the characteristics and distribution of establishments which are bases for analyzing product/service buyers and suppliers; 6. information to compile a list of enterprises; and 7. list of emerging industries.

Vital Statistics are derived from information obtained at the time when the occurrences of vital events and their characteristics are inscribed in the civil register.

Wholesale Price Survey (WPS) aims to implement a comprehensive and responsive marketing information system for unprocessed agricultural commodities traded in major local/provincial market centers as well as in strategic terminal markets throughout the country.

Women and ICT Development Index Survey

The survey gathers data that can guide the DICT in developing more gender-responsive programs, plans, and policies for the DICT and contribute ICT statistics for key stakeholders at the national and international levels. The indicators used for this survey were based on Sustainable Development Goals and the 2019 National ICT Household Survey.
